Each window on the window list has its own icon [ and name ] For example
there is a orange-red X icon for the xchat window. 

But, if you group the windows, the icon for that application is not
displayed. Instead we see some white page kind of an icon which doesnt help
the user to know wat that grouping is of .. But if we click on the group
window to list all the windows in the list, each of the members of that
list does have the proper icon !!
