Safari has this great feature that allows you to force a new window into a
new tab rather than opening a whole new window. I believe that konqueror
(3.2 beta2) has this as well. It would be a great addition to have this in
epiphany.

This might be done by adding an option in the preferences section under the
General -> tabs section. it may require rewording of the single option
currently available so not to confuse users.
