the installation of icon-themes via the theme-manager fails.
icons get installed in the .themes-folder instead of .icons. they are
showing up in the theme-manager under "icons" if one unpacks/moves them
manually into the .icons-folder and then enters the path to
the.icons-folder in the install-theme-wizard.
