I've added an implementation of gdk_window_set_accept_focus(), but 
some code is needed to make the window reject input focus when 
private->accept_focus is FALSE.

The linux-fb backend is unmaintained and has been replaced by the directfb backend. I'm closing the remaining open linux-fb bugs now.
