Description of Problem:
Rect Select and Ellipse Select provide width and
height widgets in the tool options, while Crop &
Resize, Rotate, Scale, Shear and Perspective open
 dialog windows for very similar widgets. 

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Rect Select.
2. Use Crop & Resize.
3. Compare feedback.

Actual Results:
Similar tools use different interaction methods.

Expected Results:
Similar tools should behave similary.
