Description Ryan Hayle 2003-11-23 08:16:21 UTC
Distribution: Debian testing/unstable
Package: nautilus
Severity: minor
Version: 2.4.x
Synopsis: Unable to rename files while thumbnails are generated
Bugzilla-Product: nautilus
Bugzilla-Component: Thumbnails
Bugzilla-Version: 2.4.x
Description:
If I view a directory with several pictures or videos and attempt to
rename a file (e.g. by pressing F2), the editable text field will
initially appear, but then immediately reverts back to an uneditabe list
view as soon as the next thumbnail is generated. This is only a minor
annoyance, but significant since there appears to be no way to stop
thumbnail generation in progress.
