If NEW headers is selected, and you want to unselect NEW, then you -MUST- 
do so through the menu.  Unclicking the NEW button on the menubar does 
nothing but -APPEAR- to unclick.

I had searhed for this but didn't see it anywhere. 
 
BTW, my pane layout is 3rd and 1st...different than the other guy.
