Description Peter Colijn 2003-11-17 04:57:50 UTC
If you don't have the option "Automatically resize the window when a new
video is loaded" turned on, the window resize behaviour is somewhat strange.

Totem starts with the window being the same size it was when the user last
quit. However, the window cannot be made smaller, only bigger. Going into
gconf-editor and "unsetting" the window_h and window_w keys makes Totem
reappear at its original size.

So if a user ever makes the Totem window bigger, and then quits without
making it smaller, they won't be able to make it smaller ever again.

This is different from bug 123109 because the window does not need to be
maximised, or go into fullscreen. It is also happening on Totem 0.99.7,
when bug 123109 was fixed on Sep 24, and 0.99.7 was released on October 15.
