The norwegian translation of gweather has a slight error. (I don't know it
this is in other languages as well) Using metric meassurements, the wind is
reported to be for example 16 kph. The right way of measuring wind is
really meters per second (m/s), but if you have to use kilometers per hour
you have use km/h or in norwegian km/t (kilometer i timen) as this is the
corect way of shortening kilometers per hour.

The only problem with this is that it's not enough to change the
translation, we have to compute the right representation of the speed
as well. There's a bug report in here about this somewhere which this
bug should be marked as a duplicate of.
