Note: This is RhythmBox 0.5.4 from Debian Unstable, bugzilla doesn't list it

Sorting and grouping for Genre, Artist and Album should be case
insensitive. "Pan Sonic" and "pan sonic" should be displayed together, not
listed as two seperate artists.
