Glade crashes when scrollbar policy is automatic.

How to reproduce:
1. Run glade
2. New GTK+ project
3. Add window and add textview widget
4. set scrollbar automatic
5. save the project
6. quit glade
7. run glade again and open 5. step project
8. Try to show the window
9. crash

This looks like a dup of bug 119635, which has been fixed in gail in
cvs.
