Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. browse samba drive
2. do any action
3. nothing special - sometimes it just happens

Actual Results:
nautilus (randomly) crashes when im doing actions
on my samba drive.
It crashes, show me the error message, tries to
restart, crashes, tries to restart, crashes, etc.

Expected Results:


How often does this happen? 
just sometimes - once a hour or once a week

Additional Information:

PS:
my File Server is running Mandrake Linux 9.1,
sharing the 180GB xfs-partition on Samba.
The Client is runnig Mandrake Linux 9.2 (same
thing since 6 Months with 9.1), accessing the
Samba partition as a user (dmask=777,fmask=666).

Basically same as above, except my file server is running Red Hat
Linux 9 and the client is running Windows XP

Thanks for the bug report. Without a stack trace from the crash it's
very hard to determine what caused the crash. Please see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/getting-traces.cgi for more information
about getting a useful stack trace.

Also, which version of Nautilus are you using?

The failed assertion shows that this is a duplicate of bug 120222. 
I'm reopening to mark as such.
