Galeon doesn't honor either size or placement with --geometry.  This
happens under either Enlightenment 0.16 or even Metacity, using a
completely vanilla install of GNOME 2.4.  It doesn't matter if it's a brand
new instance of the galeon process, or an existing one, with or without a
URL specified on the command line.
