Description:
Description of Problem:  it crashed when i entered a transactioin.  3
times in a row now.  dunno why.  maybe something corrupted in my data
file somehow?

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been
reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report
any further bugs you find.

It appears that this is a duplicate of bug 128393, which was reported
against GnuCash 1.8.7 and contains duplication instructions (which the
reporter claims works every time).
