sometimes Gaim/Gtk+ 2.2.4 rev a will block all programs on my windows 
box from doing any clipboard operations.  when this happens i cant 
move files in windows explorer, copy/cut/paste text, nothing.  the 
problem immediately disappears when i quit gaim.
