Tool windows are too wide (at least with Russian interface). F.e. text too
window whould be not less than 424 pixels at 1024x768 display. In other
case some controls are not visible.

This is a duplicate of bug #124134. If you think that the problem is
specific to the russian translation, please open a bug report for
module l10n (localization) against the russian translation.
