Description of Problem:

Refer to the following bug report for a possible solution:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119647

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open a window with a long window title name.

   For example,

   epiphany http://people.ecsc.co.uk/~matt/downloads/apt/redhat-9-i386/

Actual Results:
The window list applet displays the title truncated.

Expected Results:
A truncated title should be trailed with "...".

How often does this happen? 
Always
