Description:
Description of Problem:

When I open new tab with help of Ctrl+T shortcut ("New Tab" action) I
suspect that focus will be placed into "Location" text field. Currently
it's not true and blank page is focused (I have a settings that blank
page is opened by default).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit "Preferences" dialog and ensure that home page address is
empty
2. Be sure that "Open in tab by default" option is on
3. Press Ctrl+T to open new tab

Actual Results:

focus is somewhere

Expected Results:

"Location" text field should be focused

Unknown version 1.0.x in product epiphany. Setting version to the default, "unspecified".
Reassigning to the default owner of the component, mpeseng@tin.it.

This is a mozilla bug
