The functionality of the WorkSpace Switcher applet is not available via the
keyboard.

This is regarded as a low priority bug as there are keyboard shortcuts
for workapce switching.

Um...what functionality do you want that you can't already get via the keyboard?
 The workspace switcher doesn't do anything but switch workspaces (now that the
original part of bug 100470 has been fixed...)
