Description of Problem: When Gnome2 first starts,
and if Notification area has Acme in it, the CPU
utilization will be stuck at 99% until you either
click and drag the panel around a bit or right
click the notification area.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on notification area on panel
2. have Acme multimedia key daemon running
3. Launch Gnome2

Expected Results:


How often does this happen? Every time you login.


Additional Information: Has been going on for last
couple of updates, including
gnome-panel-2.4.0.tar.bz2.
