Panel gets two pixels higher(horizontal mode) and two pixels wider
(vertical mode) when Background is none compared to color and image.
(Also in v2.2.x)

Yeah, the bevel is removed when its a color or image background.

I think its better for the panel to get 2 pixels smaller rather than
all the objects getting 2 pixels bigger, thats why I did it this way.
