Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Launcher on desktop 
2. Hit Ok after editing
3. Right click on launcher on desktop, NO EDIT
FEATURE!

Actual Results:


Expected Results:
Should beable to edit a launcher I made instead of
having to start all over is something changes or
if I messed up.  It wastes time, and ease of use.

How often does this happen? 
Every time.


Additional Information:

Seems as though a majority of people would expect
to beable to edit thier desktop icons.. so
although not actually broke, not having this
feature breaks usability.
