when I make the panel vertical the clock applet doesn't show correctly,
it's trunked.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. make a panel and the clock applet in it
2. change the direction of the panel to vertical (left or right)
3. the clock applet doesn't change position of direction and is trunked

Actual Results:
not complete clock applet

Expected Results:
