Description of Problem:
When I go to  "Edit->Preferences" Click on "Filitering" and uncheck
"Allow popups" the browser crashes.	

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click Edit
2. Choose Preferences
3. Click on Filtering
4. Uncheck Allow popups

Actual Results:
The browser crashes

Expected Results:
being able to continue surfing

How often does this happen?
Usually the first time after a login, other times it works fine.
