The Artist, Genre, and Album browsers should display things insensitive to
case. For example "Radiohead" and "radiohead" should not both appear, nor
should "Surf Guitar" and "surf guitar".

As for which spelling is actually chosen for display, I think this is far
less important than making sure they're lumped under a single name.

BTW, this is Rhythmbox 0.5.3, BugZilla still doesn't have a choice for it.
