Description Johnathan Bailes 2003-08-31 23:37:06 UTC
It would be nice to have a method for handling the opening of files from
smb locations even if the application does not handle smb based files.

The method could be as simple as the Konqueror approach which is to copy
the file to a local temp location open it in the app requested and monitor
the file. If the file is updated you are then prompted as to whether or
not you would like the file uploaded back to the smb location.
