I have a multihead setup without Xinerama. Both heads have their own panels,
and in them, Show Desktop Buttons. However, both buttons only hide/unhide
the windows on the first display.

Either any Show Desktop Button should hide/unhide all windows on
all heads, or they should operate on the head that they're running on.
