Sometimes I want only to clean my CD and don't write anything,but there is
no such possibility. Please add "Erase CD" button near to "Write CD"
button. Thank you.

It's so hard add one button in toolbar or menu entry ?

Would be a good idea to add/modify the Floppy formatter tool to do that. We
won't add the functionality directly to nautilus-cd-burner though.

is this bug/feature going to be fixed/added? I have wished for a menu or button that would erase a CD several times as well.

This probably can be merged with bug 309067, if gfloppy/gnome-media-formatter switched over to DeviceKit backend.

thanks for your bug report.

GFloppy has been removed from the GNOME Utilities since the 2.28.0 release, and replaced by the GNOME Disk Utility.
