When you activate the option to only show new files then, as expected, only
new files show up in the right pan, but if you then again deactivate this
option, the right pan dos not show any messages at all. To be sure I
removed my Pan catalog in my homedir and made a fresh installation of Pan,
but the result was the same. The first time all messages are showed, and
after activating the option to only show new files then it is no longer
possible to see any messages at all.

This bug also goes for the stable release 0.14.1
