Description Hakon 2003-08-26 08:53:52 UTC
I would like to see a gconf key for the feature that passes the favicon to
the application icon, so that it could be toggled off.
Personally, I would find it easier to quickly overview the windowlist
applet if it was always the same application icon that indicated the browser.

I think document icons are much more useful that app icons especially
when you have lots of windows open. See nautilus which uses document
icons only (folders for folders, text icons for text files etc.) I
really don't think there is a need for a pref.

I agree, I dont think it's worth the maintenance cost.
(Dave did you see http://www.gnome.org/~seth/storage/, sucks to
communicate on bugs ;))

wow. cool..ps. you can email me at bordoley@ee.washington.edu. I never
got a response from my old school about why your emails were getting
bounced :/ I don't check the washington.edu one as much yet, but i
will be switching to it in the near future.
