Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Package: gnome-terminal Severity: normal Version: 2.3.2 Synopsis: tabbed gnome-terminal - resize height Bugzilla-Product: gnome-terminal Bugzilla-Component: general Description: Description of Problem: Currently when I have window with gnome-terminal without any tabs and when I create one the height of gnome-terminal window increase of the height of tab. I think that global height of gnome-terminal window should be blocked. For example when I have gnome-terminal window with height = my screen size and I run ctrl+shift+tab then I cannot see last line of my terminal because it is not visible - I have to resize my window to see. It is especially annoying when using midnight commander or during compilation or other scripts which draws current output to las line of current terminal. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. run gnome-terminal 2. ctrl+shift+tab 3. see window height change Actual Results: window height change Expected Results: window height remain How often does this happen? always Additional Information: ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2003-08-26 04:50 ------- Reassigning to the default owner of the component, gnome-terminal-maint@bugzilla.gnome.org.
