Description Jake Gage 2003-08-19 23:24:26 UTC
Package: nautilus
Severity: normal
Version: 2.2.4
Synopsis: Nautilus crash while entering a remote URL.
Bugzilla-Product: nautilus
Bugzilla-Component: Navigation
BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.2.0.1)

Description:
Description of Problem:
  Nautilus can crash while entering a URL in the location bar.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Nautilus.
2. Type http://uranium.cataclasm.org/residents/ in the location bar and
enter.
3. Weap and moan.

Actual Results:
Nautilus crashes.

Expected Results:
I didn't have any, really. I wasn't even aware that Nautilus should be
able to browse remote URLs. I just ran across it while looking for a
way to get back to the preferences menu that had been removed by
installing Ximian's package of Mozilla.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Additional Information:
None.

Comment 1 Elijah Newren 2003-08-20 05:58:13 UTC
Appears to be a unique stack trace, according to the
simple-dup-finder.  Setting version->2.2.x, marking priority->high &
severity->critical (it's a crasher), adding GNOMEVER2.2 and bugsquad
keywords, and marking as new.
