Description averroes 2003-08-02 03:26:15 UTC
Package: galeon
Severity: major
Version: GNOME2.2.2 1.3.5
os_details: Ximian, Inc.
Synopsis: galeon crashes printing to ps file
Bugzilla-Product: galeon
Bugzilla-Component: general
BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.2.0.1)
Description:
Description of Problem:
prior to updating to most recent version of galeon (using ximian red
carpet) i could always print web pages to ps file. now galeon crashes. i
can, however, still print from dia, gimp, & other gnome apps, same as
before. weird...

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open galeon & go to any ol' web site
2. either do ctrl-p or pulldown file menu and select print
3. at dialog prompt, select output to ps file and hit return

Actual Results:
galeon crashes in segmentation fault. (see bug details w this report)

Expected Results:
a nice ps file in my home directory of the web page i'd just browsed

How often does this happen?
every single time i try it

Additional Information:
see above re use of red carpet to update the system. system's running
ximian/gnome 2. other info if needed? let me know. thx
