I would like the gimpressionist to load a user created preset at startup
instead of using the <Factory defaults> settings.  I have attached a patch
which does this.  I hope it is good enough. :)

Will look at the patch later. In the meantime changing this to
enhancement and Target Milestone to 2.0 if the patch is correct.

The idea is to add the possibility for all plug-ins to have user
supplied presets. This proposal can be found in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120829. We appreciate the
work you have done to create this patch, but we will hopefully add
this functionality pretty soon in a more fundamental way.
