Resize windows causes Gnome Terminal to die

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open terminal
2. start pine (maybe other apps as well)
3. watch all terminals drop dead

Actual Results:
All windows crash

Expected Results:
Uh...not crashing?

How often does this happen?
Everytime.
