Description David Bolter 2003-07-16 14:08:57 UTC
Tracker for adding role types to dynamic UI keyboards When the user
branchs to the UI Grab keyboard we would like to allow direct access to all
UI elements on the active application.
Comment 1 David Bolter 2003-07-16 14:11:45 UTC
Adding dependancies.
Comment 2 David Bolter 2003-07-16 18:03:23 UTC
Re adding the dependancies.
Comment 3 bill.haneman 2003-08-22 17:10:29 UTC
I do not understand the purpose of this bug nor the comments above,
really. I thought we were already planning to provide access to the
UI elements via UI Grab and are substantially accomplishing it... ?
Comment 4 bill.haneman 2003-08-22 17:11:54 UTC
hmm, ok, but are you sure we need a tracker for this? at least I
understand the bug now, thanks.
Comment 5 bill.haneman 2003-10-09 16:46:57 UTC
adding accessibility keyword
Comment 6 bill.haneman 2004-05-06 13:08:50 UTC
tracker of non-essential functionality, marking AP4 to indicate "triaged"; can
upgrade if particular important pieces of functionality are identified as missing.
Comment 7 Calum Benson 2004-10-21 16:42:09 UTC
Apologies for spam-- ensuring Sun a11y team are cc'ed on all current a11y bugs.
Filter on "SUN A11Y SPAM" to ignore.
Comment 8 bill.haneman 2005-02-07 12:34:27 UTC
I think this tracker has outlived its usefulness.
Comment 9 Akhil Laddha 2011-10-14 10:58:52 UTC
gok (GNOME on-screen keyboard) development has been stalled and it has been replaced by caribou [1]. Maintainers don't have future development plan so i am closing all the bugs as WONTFIX.
