Description:
Description of Problem:

I can't resize the 'Select && Right-Click -> Properties' dialog box. and
it is especially annoying for the emblem tab: i can't see/select all
available emblems because some are unreachable

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select a file
2. Right-Click -> Properties
3. windows can't be resized

Actual Results:
can't use all available emblems

Expected Results:
abitility to see each emblems
may be, the best way to solve the problem is to add a scollbar

How often does this happen?
each time
