Description Toni Willberg 2003-06-27 16:47:11 UTC
control-center-2.2.2-1
rawhide-release-20030621-1
gnome-default-applications-properties

Currently user can launch atleast two instances of
gnome-default-applications-properties
.

This causes some major headache to the user if he does not notice he has
two of them running.

If you modify for example "custom web browser command" in other window the
data is updated instantly to the other window too.
This itself it minor thing, but when user tries to type something and
presses backspace couple of times, the input dialog goes wild and clears
itself after every keypress.

This only happens when you have (atleast) two instances running, never when
only one is running.

Reassigning preferred applications bugs into the component that, for some
reason, didn't exist until now. Filter for "Andrew doing reassignment work" to
get rid of this e-mail spam.
