Once in a while I can edit one Trans before it crashes. Additional Information: GnuCash 1.8.4, guile 1.3.4. This has happened despite upgrading GnuCash in the past few realeases. Going to Guile 1.4 seems problematic since I am trying to stick with RPMs and not try to compile all GnuCash dependencies myself. This happened with Gnome 1.4, too. Appears to be a unique stack trace, according to the simple-dup-finder. Setting version->1.8.x, marking priority->high & severity->critical (it's a crasher), adding bugsquad keyword, and marking as new.
Does this still happen with 1.8.8? Have you upgraded past guile 1.3.4? Are you willing to privately give me a data file which causes this issue?
The issue still exists with Gnucash 1.8.8, Guile 1.6.4, and Gnome 2.4.1. In fact, I've even moved from RedHat to Gentoo in the meantime. It's looking more and more like there's a problem with my data file. Which email address should I send it to?
Sorry for the delay; I missed the mail. Please send to the mail address of the assigned-to field of this bug. :)
