GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 115764
Make Open Recent list size configurable
Last modified: 2020-11-07 12:14:19 UTC
Currently, the Main Menu Open Recent list size appears to be fixed at 10 elements. I would like to see it configurable from 1 to 99 elements.
Moving to libegg/recent-files as I think it should be there
I think this could be solved as bug #305325 by adding a pair of keys in /apps/panel/global: /apps/panel/global/disable_recent_documents (bool:false) /apps/panel/global/recent_documents_size (int:10) both recent-files and recentchooser enable a limit on the returned list of recently used files, but it's really up to their user to decide.
