Description dbrody 2003-06-22 23:59:47 UTC
There seems to be a bug in the devel version of the panel that by default
there are no panels, making it impossible to use the gnome panel.

This bug has been reproduced by a number of users on the gnomesupport
forums. For example, deleting the exsisting .gconf setting or creating a
new user.
