From the HIG:

"Title Format: Name of command that opened the dialog (without any trailing
ellipsis)"

We currently just use "Select the destination filename" for any save dialog
and "Select the file to open" for open dialogs.

Title should be "Save As", "Open", "Download Link", etc.
