comiling glib-2.2.2 if fine on solaris8, but make check
fails either strfunc-test or strtod-test depending on
if --enable-included-printf is given or not during
configure.
--enable-included-printf set: strtod-test fails, strfunc-test ok
--enable-included-printf not set: strtod-test ok, strfunc-test fails

if there a solution planned for this problem?
which is the better way right now -- having strtod-test failing
or having strfunc-test failing?
does this affect some applications?
how can i detect that the application problem is related to
the strtod-test failure or strfunc-test failure?
