Comment 2 Eric Baudais 2003-05-28 23:00:19 UTC
This appears to be a problem with gnome-panel 2.3.1 and not related to
Evolution. The panel crashes at startup and will not recover. The
duplicate bug has a more concise backtrace.
Comment 3 rosmusw 2003-06-08 08:35:50 UTC
not much to add. I changed mouse configuration, rebooted to reset the
x server, and when I logged back in, continuous crashes. I
acknowledge the dialog box that say the panel crashed... over and over
about a dozen times, and then the dialog boxes stop coming, but...
then the panel disappeared also... and wouldn't come back. :-(

I had to add a launcher on the desk top to xterm to I could kill x
windows and log into kde.

Setting version->2.3.x, adding STACKTRACE & bugsquad keywords.

I believe bug 115082 is a duplicate of this bug. It has some
directions on how to reproduce.
