In the bookmark editor, I create a new folder, but then I cannot add a
bookmark in to that folder.  It seems that a folder needs to be open to
have a bookmark added to it, but you can't open a folder with nothing in it.

This is only with drag'n drop . When I cut a bookmark with <strg>+<x>
and do a paste over the emty folder via <strg>+<v> it works .
