I need a bypass setting for adresses like localhost . Since i use
galeon-1.3.x, there is no option in the menu to bypass the proxy settings.
And since it uses the network-preferences capple, this one should be the
right place to set an option.

I need this option for configuring cups. This one accept only requests from
the loopback interface.
