Description Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2003-05-11 04:09:46 UTC
It would be nice if notebook scroll arrows would be split like this:
[<][ tab 1 ] [ tab 2] [ tab 3 ] [>]

especially in mdi apps like galeon, epiphany and gedit, this makes moving
between tabs easier. Since if I want to move left its more natural to
click towards the left side of the window.

Also this would have fitts law advantages, because I would be able to slam
the left edge of the screen to scroll left similar to how I can slam the
right hand of the screen to scroll right when the window is maximized.
