The time where GOK enables "Menus" and "Toolbars" button when running
against StarOffice is too long. It takes up to 11 seconds until work with
GOK is possible again.

Use case:
- Start GOK
- Start StarOffice
  * It takes up to 9 seconds until GOK enables menus and toolbar button
- Open File - Open dialog using GOK
- Cancel it
- Activate SO frame
 * It takes up to 11 seconds until GOK enables menus and toolbar button

I'm running Gnome on Athlon 1800XP with 1.8 GHz.
