In many comboboxes one sees labels that indicate LABEL_FOR but the
combo-box itself doesn't indicate the reciprocal LABELLED_BY relation.

This is true of nautilus-file-management-properties; not sure if this is
due to an omission in nautilus or in gail, please reassign bug if need be.
 If the LABEL_FOR has been determined programatically by gail then there
needs to be some way of assigning the reciprocal relation too.
