Running:
 apt-get install gstreamer-universe

Results in the following error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  gstreamer-universe: Depends: net-rhythmbox (>= 0.4.7) but it is not going
to be installed
E: Broken packages

Attempting to install net-rhythmbox using:

apt-get install net-rhythmbox

results in:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  net-rhythmbox: Depends: gstreamer-audio-sink but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
